ePubCrawler is a tool to help you create fixed layout ePub from an InDesign document. It’s work in-progress.
Version 0.0.5 is out; it generates a skeleton ePub folder, css files, xhtml files, links to images… It’s not a full ePub creation tool yet, but it’ll get you a long way.
