Please read our FAQ before e-mailing us.
When sending us an Email:
- Please tell us what product it is about.
- Please tell us what platform you are using (Win/Mac).
- Please tell us what Adobe CS version you are using (e.g. CS4).
- Add a screenshot if possible.
- A phone number where we can reach you. We sometimes have to try and help people whose spam filter rejects our e-mail or whose e-mail server bounces whatever we send.
- Any crash logs? Please attach them.
- If you know how to save a system profile on your Mac, throw that in too.
