I've made version 1.0.14a of the runtime available - it fixes the crash when exporting to INX or when using snippets in CS2.

1.0.14a has not been thoroughly tested yet - for example, I've noticed there is some annoying dialog about a missing active page item plugin when opening CS files in CS2 when CS2 has no runtime installed. I'll fix that next, but I will also take the time for a full battery of tests before I release the 1.0.15a.
