Hi, is it possible to use the text exporter over a full book?

Hi,

No - the current version cannot do that. However, it's a good idea - no-one asked for this before! We'll have a look and see if we can add it to a future version of TextExporter.

Ah ok. Is it possible to call the text exporter via javascript without the confirm dialog? Then the loop over the book could be performed by the javascript

The TextExporter comes with samples on how it can be called from VBScript , AppleScript or ExtendScript.

Check the folder 'Automation' that's in the ZIP-download; it contains CallExportFromJavaScript.js

However, this automation function only works when there is a licensed copy of APIDToolAssistant installed (meant to work as an enticement to sell some APIDToolAssistant licenses).
