We're sorry - that license is 'gone'. There is no mechanism that allows us to 'de-license' a computer, and the administration time and effort involved in handling these kinds of situations would often surpass the price of the license itself.
If you have a 10- or 100-install coupon code, simply request a new license file using your coupon code - you've lost one of your 10 or 100 installs. If you purchased a single-install license from within our software, you have to purchase a new license - we don't do refunds, upgrades or sidegrades.
