I work for a large publisher and we have to provide authors with .rtfs periodically for revisions of their books.

We've been using the pdf exported to rtf method, which works at about the 65% level (text gets mixed up and moved around).

This product appears to work beautifully but my editor tells me there are chunks of text missing in some chapters.

Anything in the works on that issue?

Again, thank you for this! Hope it continues to improve. I'd happily pay for a solid product!

Dear,

First of all, we found a bug in the TextExporter 1.0 which caused some chunks of text to go missing. We think we solved that in TextExporter 1.0.1 - but who knows?

Can you make sure you're using the latest version (i.e. 1.0.1) as well as the latest runtime (1.0.29)?

If you are already up-to-date, that would probably indicate a bug. In that case we're very interested in receiving an example document - that would be very helpful for us to diagnose and fix the problem. Could you provide us with such an example?
