TextExporter allows you to export all the text from an InDesign document concatenated into a single RTF file, grouped into a natural reading order. Even if text frames are not threaded together, the exported RTF file will have all the text in the proper order, which largely removes the need to manually clean it up before handing it over to a Microsoft Word user.
TextExporter 3.1 now has support for handling text in anchored frames or footnotes. Version 3.1 also adds support for InDesign and InCopy CS5.5, in conjunction with an updated version of APID ToolAssistant.
