Updating to CC 2017

Soxy

Soxy automatically determines the type of each file you open and then directs it to the most appropriate application.

We also have updated Soxy to support CC 2017. This is a beta, and has not been extensively tested. We make it available for people whose workflow is dependent on Soxy.

Plug-Ins

We have a version of APID ToolAssistant for CC 2017 available.

If you are using TextExporter, FrameReporter, TextStitch… you need to re-install the software into the Plug-Ins folder for InDesign CC 2017 and make sure you install the correct version of APID ToolAssistant for your version of InDesign.

Please visit the relevant product page, download and unzip the correct files; install in the InDesign CC 2017 plug-ins folder as directed.

Please make sure to (re-)read the license/activation info:

https://www.rorohiko.com/licensing

For non-free plug-ins like TextExporter, if you have been using a low-cost One-time Activation Code with an older version of InDesign, you will probably need to purchase a new activation code for use with CC 2017.

On the other hand, if you have a Personal Activation Code, please use this code to activate your new installation. Don’t try to re-use your previous activation file; you must use the Personal Activation Code, and fetch a new activation file from our licensing system.
