We have an offer you cannot refuse. You can try our automation and customization services on a real, useful project of your own choosing, without cost or risk.
If you want to embark on an automation project with us, we won’t ask for any up-front payment. We will provide an estimated cost to completion, based on the information at hand, so you can budget it in.
Then we’ll build the software, and allow you to use it and test it, in production. No limitations – it’ll be the real thing, in real life.
You will only get an invoice from us after our work has had a chance to prove itself, and you’re happy with the result. If you’re not happy, then there is no cost to you.
To keep things manageable, larger projects are divvied up into smaller sub-projects.
To see whether you could benefit from an automation project, here’s an exercise you must go through.
Estimate the cost associated with various repetitious, mindless tasks. It does not need to be accurate – all you need is a rough estimate.
For example, estimate the number of work-hours spent on a specific recurring task, and multiply that with your average hourly employee cost. That should include gross wages, but don’t forget to also add in all other office expenses. Scale that value to a yearly cost.
Estimate the yearly human error rate and multiply that with the average cost of fixing such errors (reprinting, rerunning an ad,…).
Add all these up.
This value might be higher than you would have expected – and that’s where we come in.
If your estimated yearly cost for any particular task is higher than roughly US$5,000 – that’s roughly US$20 a day, we can probably help you.
