APIDTemplate on CS2 shows 'undefined' in file name

There is a cosmetic issue with the APIDTemplate released with APID Toolkit 1.0.26

When creating a new project using APIDTemplate under CS2, the resulting InDesign file will have a name that also contains the word 'undefined'.

The issue is harmless, and you can rename the file if you want (the 'undefined' is supposed to be 'SourceCS2') - e.g.

MyPluginundefined.indd -> MyPluginSourcsCS2.indd

Will be fixed in the 1.0.27 release.
